Privacy & contact

Draft notice — business and legal particulars must be confirmed by RUYA AI before public launch.

Who we are

RUYA View is operated by RUYA AI. Contact: contact@ruyaai.net.

General home enquiries

When you register interest we store your name, email, contact number, preferences, and the campaign that brought you (if any). We use this only to contact you about matching homes. Your details are not shared with property managers unless you separately agree to sharing with a named manager.

Viewing requests

For live viewings we share your name, contact number, chosen time and booking reference with the responsible property manager. We never collect Emirates ID images or numbers — bring the original ID to the viewing.

Analytics

We record anonymous page events with a random session identifier and campaign tags. No names, emails or form contents are stored in analytics. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.

Retention & deletion

Email contact@ruyaai.net to withdraw consent or delete your interest record. Deletion removes your personal details; anonymous event counts contain no personal data.
